SHIPPING

We will ship all orders via FEDEX with Reptiles2You (within the 48 US continental states). Shipping to a Fedex hub is highly preferred and recommended.  We only ship during safe temperatures of 40F - 80F for at home deliveries or from 35F - 90F for Fedex Hub pick ups unless otherwise agreed upon (see Live Arrival Guarantee section).  We ship only on Tuesday and Wednesdays.  No orders will be shipped without confirmation from buyer and proper scheduling.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International buyer must arrange on their own to have their gecko exported through the use of a third party service. For international buyers, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees which are: shipping from Crestology Geckos to exporter/shipping company's facility in the 48 US continental states, and whatever the calculated import fee is from exporter/shipping company to the buyer. We offer no health guarantees beyond our live arrival guarantee within the United States.  Once an animal is received by the exporter/shipping company, the health and wellbeing of the animals becomes the responsibility of the exporter/shipping company. Shipments sent to be held at a hub in the US must be picked up within 1 hour of arrival at the hub. Failure of the exporter/shipping company to pick up the package within one hour of arrival will void the live arrival guarantee.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Live arrival guarantee is valid based on the following 3 conditions being met:

1. Shipping temperature is safe.  Safe temperature is considered to be 35F (overnight low) – 85F (Daytime high) for an at home delivery.  We will check the temperatures before booking all shipments and will hold any shipments we consider unsafe.  Proper shipping temperatures in your area is your responsibility when scheduling a shipment with us. You must check the forecast prior to scheduling a shipment. If your area does not have safe shipping temperatures, we will hold your animal(s) until safe shipping weather is available, at no charge to you.  It is your responsibility to understand these guidelines before placing an order.  

2. An accurate address is given for shipping to home and you must be home to sign directly for the animal on the first delivery attempt.

3. For a hub hold for pickup, the animal must be picked up within one hour of delivery to hub. 

We require a photo of the animals within one hour of delivery/pickup from hub to be sent to us via email or via DM on Instagram.

DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, FEDEX HAS SUSPENDED ALL GUARANTEES. THE NUMBER OF DELAYS HAS INCREASED AND FOR THIS REASON WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE PACKAGES THAT GET DELAYED AN EXTRA DAY.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Paypal, credit or debit card and apple pay through our website on all orders.  Transactions MUST be paid in full before delivery.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL

You must provide a photo and video of the deceased animal(s) within one hour of delivery/receipt to us.  Animal(s) will be replaced as soon as one of equal value is available, or you may elect for store credit.  Cash refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

TAIL DROPS

Crested geckos can and may drop their tails, for no apparent reason. This does not harm or devalue the animal at all.  We do not offer a guarantee that your gecko(s) will not drop their tails, and we will not issue a refund/store credit in the event a gecko drops its tail. Tail drops during shipping are rare but can happen.

SEXING

Geckos listed on our site as male or female are guaranteed to be that sex. If you receive an animal that was guaranteed its sex, and it turns out to be the opposite, you must notify us right away as soon you realize the error. The original animal must then be returned to us, following our safe shipping guidelines at your expense. We will inspect the animal and a comparable replacement will then be sent to you at our expense, or store credit given at our discretion.  Pore sexing is not accurate, and we will not pore sex any of our available geckos upon request.

ANIMAL APPEARANCE

Coloration and pattern changes as the gecko(s) mature, therefore no guarantee is offered that the gecko will not change colors/pattern.  The photos taken of the geckos are taken to the best of our ability.  Please be aware that a gecko will display its coloration differently when fired up and fired down.
 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please be 100% committed to your purchase. All purchases are final.  We do not issue cash refunds if a Buyer changes their mind on a purchase of an animal. No exceptions!

PAYMENT PLANS

30 Day Payment Plans available for any purchase over $250.  The animal will not be placed on hold until a 25% deposit of the total (including shipping) is received.  Please send us an email, contact us through our chat feature on this site, through morphmarket.com or our instagram page to request a payment plan.  If full payment is not received at the end of the 30 days from initial deposit and buyer does not contact us prior, buyer forfeits any payments made and animal will be made available again.

ABANDONED ORDERS

Orders must be shipped within one month unless weather affects shipping or otherwise agreed upon. Customers that have not replied or contacted us for 2 weeks (without warning and with permitting shipping weather) will be given 75% of the funds in store credit and the animal will be made available to the public again.  We keep the 25% nonrefundable deposit. We will contact the customer prior to taking action.

·      Under no circumstance can our name, logos or pictures be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
